Shipping policy

At Azatti, we believe shopping for fashion pieces should be as delightful as wearing them. Every order is handled with care, from the moment it leaves our studio to the moment it reaches your doorstep. We aim to make your experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free.

We currently ship only within Ireland. All delivery costs are included in your purchase, so there are no extra fees at checkout. Each order is carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time
Orders usually take 1–2 business days to prepare before they are dispatched. This allows us to check every detail, fold, and finish so that your pieces meet the high standards you expect.

Transit Time
Once your order leaves our hands, it generally arrives within 3–7 business days. In most cases, you can expect your full order to reach you within 4–9 business days from purchase.

Order Cut-Off
Our daily cut-off time for processing is 3:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (Dublin), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be prepared the following business day.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow the journey of your order at any time and know exactly when to expect it.

Delays
